Our client, Quester Tangent has a new opportunity for a client-facing Senior Project Manager to join their talented, multidisciplinary team in Victoria, BC. This role is about more than managing timelines — it’s about leading large, multi-year projects that make a measurable difference in transit systems across North America. Our ideal Senior Project Manager brings:


  • Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, communications, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • 10+ years of related technical project management experience is required, with experience managing and mentoring team members in a technology-based company (required).
  • Experience managing both hardware and software development projects (required).
  • Experience managing projects with a value of greater than CAD $1,000,000.00, and a project operational period of at least 18 months (highly beneficial).
  • Proficiency with Project Planning tools, specifically Atlassian Jira, or Microsoft Project (required).
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, specifically MS Word and MS Excel (required).
  • Ability to travel in North America and internationally (15-20%) (required).
