The successful candidate will join a highly skilled creative team, as they collaborate with strategists, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to solve critical business challenges..</p><p><br></p><p><b>Who we’re looking for:</b></p><ul><li>An imaginative designer who values usability as much as visual aesthetic</li><li>A strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced agency environments.</li><li>A Figma and Adobe CS power-user</li><li>A champion for inclusive design and accessibility</li><li>A design fundamentals enthusiast with a sharp eye for detail.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What we expect them to do:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to articulate the vision, set priorities and define guiding principles for design</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into highly engaging and visually compelling design concepts</li><li>Create user interfaces for web and mobile that are both empathetic and user-friendly.</li><li>Challenge comfortable industry conventions</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to rationalize design decisions, ensure feasibility and gather actionable feedback</li><li>Define and document detailed design systems</li><li>Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the design industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>How to get bonus points:</b></p><ul><li>Experience working on agile, sprint-based projects</li><li>Skills in illustration or animation.</li><li>Brand design experience</li><li>Any unique or memorable qualities you bring to the table.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <b>UI </b>or <b>Product Design</b>.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in <b>Figma</b> and <b>Adobe Creative Suite</b>.</li><li>Strong experience creating and maintaining <b>design systems</b>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <b>design principles</b>, <b>usability</b>, and<b> accessibility standards</b>.</li><li>Excellent <b>communication</b> and <b>collaboration</b> skills.</li><li>A <b>portfolio</b> showcasing <b>innovative</b> and <b>user-centered</b> design work.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>About Havas CX:</b></p><p>Havas CX is a leading Digital Marketing and Advertising agency and part of the global Havas Group, one of the world's largest communications organizations based in France.
