The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Server / Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a service-focused environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role is responsible for delivering polished dining service and expertly crafted beverages while creating warm, memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, elevated food and beverage service at all times
  • Greet members by name and foster genuine relationships
  • Present menus confidently and make thoughtful food, wine, and cocktail recommendations
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages to Club standards
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and upsell appropriately
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • Maintain clean, organized bars and service areas
  • Prepare tables and bar areas before, during, and after service
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist with event and banquet set-up and tear-down as required
  • Adhere to all provincial liquor regulations and Club standards

Qualifications

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Minimum one year of serving and/or bartending experience
  • Valid Serve It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, confident communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional member service
