Job Description
The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the Pointe-Claire Branch as a key contributor in superior customer service as a primary contact for internal and external customers.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Range from $48,867.00 to $61,084.00 CAD

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders (warranties and others)
- Participates in the planning of work load and schedules
- Prepares quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources
- Supports the foreman in administrative duties and daily planning of events
- Makes the link between engineering and shop departments
- Coordinates and helps at baskets preparation (parts) for production
- Follows up on missing parts during production and proceeds to requisition if applicable
- Participates in planning meetings
Must-haves for this role:
- High School Diploma, Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma an asset
- 3 to 5 years experience in a production or customer service environment
