Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager聽 is responsible for overseeing and supervising the security operations for the GTA Branch. This includes ensuring the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets, managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operational Management:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Oversee daily security operations within client sites.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure security protocols are followed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Client Relations:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct regular client meetings to review security needs and performance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop and present security reports to clients.

3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Financial Management:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist with the management of the branch budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitor and control expenses related to security operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Sales and Business Development:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new contracts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compliance and Reporting:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure all security activities are documented accurately.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare and submit regular reports to regional management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
路聽Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in security management or with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
路聽Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
路聽Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
路聽Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
路聽Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.聽
路聽Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
路聽Class 5 Drivers license - with a clean drivers abstract.

Work Environment:
路 The Service Manager may need to respond to emergency situations outside of normal working hours.
路聽The position involves both office work and on-site visits.聽
