What Youll Do:
- Follow daily instructions from your Crew Leader to complete site-specific snow removal and de-icing tasks.
- Use basic equipment safely (e.g., shovels, blowers)
- Participate in daily safety talks and wear all required PPE.
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with your crew and office team.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and accessible during snow events.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to meet service timelines and quality standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Must own CSA-approved steel-toe boots, or purchase new.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work when called during snow events.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
- Ability to follow direction, show initiative, and work independently when needed.
- Strong team mindset.
