About the Project: <br>
<br>
The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components. <br>
<br>
The Means & Methods Coordinator will support the ECWE-SRS project by developing, reviewing, and implementing construction methodologies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role works closely with project management, site teams, and subcontractors to optimize construction sequencing, workflow, and productivity while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards. <br>

Collaborate with project management and site teams to develop and refine construction means, methods, and sequencing. <br>
Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation. <br>
Review subcontractor work plans and coordinate integration with overall project methodology. <br>
Monitor and adjust workflows on-site to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards. <br>
Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics plans. <br>
Liaise with safety and quality teams to ensure construction methods comply with all applicable regulations and best practices. <br>
<br>
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. <br>
Proven experience in construction means and methods coordination or similar role within large-scale ICI projects. <br>
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and workflow optimization. <br>
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry. <br>
