You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Competitive pay.<br><br><strong>Essential <span >Duties/Responsibilities</span></strong><br><br><ul><li>You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.</li><li>Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications</li><li>Build frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes</li><li>Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures</li><li>Perform construction painting and caulking as needed</li><li>Hands-on work experience with a wide range of commercial and residential renovation/new build projects.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<strong><br /></strong><br><br><ul><li>Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean driving abstract.</li><li>Safety Tickets are a "nice to have" - Fall Pro, CSTS, WHMIS etc.</li><li>Proven experience as a Skilled Tradesman or similar role</li><li>Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment</li><li>Strong knowledge of wood properties and carpentry techniques</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks</li><li>Experience with Drywall repair and texture</li><li>Experience with painting</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship.</li><li>Maintain a level of confidentiality</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><br /><strong>Work Environment <br /></strong><br><br>The employee will be constantly working outdoors and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be working indoors in the office. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office. Overtime pay after 8 hours in a day and 35-40 regular hours in a week.<br><br></p></p>
