<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyzing and translating business needs into long‑term solution data models.</li>
<li>Evaluating existing data systems.</li>
<li>Working with business representatives and the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.</li>
<li>Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.</li>
<li>Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross‑compatibility.</li>
<li>Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.</li>
<li>Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.</li>
<li>Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Library Science, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>At least 10 years of hands‑on experience with logical and physical data modeling.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of data management industry best practices such as DAMA DMBOK, CMMI DMM, EDM Council DCAM.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of hands‑on data governance experience.</li>
<li>Proficient with data modeling tools, e.g. Idera ER/Studio or Power Designer.</li>
<li>Excellent relational database design experience and skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
