In this role, you’ll design and build intuitive, user-facing features that make complex data clear, usable, and engaging. You’ll leverage modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS design systems to deliver professional, polished interfaces that enhance user experience.</p><p></p><p><strong>This role is perfect if you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Enjoy building intuitive, user-friendly web applications.</p></li><li><p>Have a strong eye for design and care about clean, functional UI/UX.</p></li><li><p>Thrive on working independently while collaborating with a distributed team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, or similar).</p></li><li><p>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for frontend components.</p></li><li><p>Apply strong UI/UX design skills to create professional, polished interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Optimize applications for maximum usability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Document your reasoning and ensure results are clear, reproducible, and reliable.</p></li><li><p>(Optional) Experiment with coding agents such as <span >Lovable/Windsurf/Replit/Cursor/etc</span> to boost productivity.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2–4 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Strong command of CSS, including frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.</p></li><li><p>A strong eye for design and user experience.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).</p></li><li><p>(Bonus) Links to public web apps you’ve created to showcase your design sense:<em> add to your CV when applying</em></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong><br />Hourly rates are personalized based on your experience level, educational background, location, and industry expertise.
