We’ve partnered with a leading production builder in Calgary with a robust pipeline of multi-family developments. They’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead the charge on upcoming 4–6 storey wood frame apartment projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to drive a project from excavation to occupancy, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-storey wood frame apartment builds
• Manage trades, schedules, site safety, and quality control from start to finish
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and city inspectors to ensure smooth execution
• Lead site meetings, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve issues
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on wood frame apartment projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering 4–6 storey multi-family builds in Calgary
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a productive site culture
