We are looking for a
Support Trainee
to join our support team and assist with
CRM-related queries, system troubleshooting, and internal support tasks
. You will receive
structured training
to build expertise in CRM systems, technical support, and business processes, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle CRM and internal support queries via email, chat, or call
- Troubleshoot basic technical and system-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Actively participate in training and implement learnings in daily work

- Basic computer and technical aptitude

- Prior experience with CRM or support is a plus, but not mandatory
