<p><p>Join us as a System Reliability Engineer II and help powerthe performance, resilience, and reliability of our global systems. In thisrole, you’ll craft and fine-tune monitoring, alerting, andanalytics pipelines across a modern stack—think Elastic, Prometheus,Kubernetes, Grafana, andmore. You’ll lead smooth deployments, troubleshoot complexissues, and dig into performance data to keep our platforms running at theirbest. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with product and cloud teams,mentor junior engineers, and drive projects that strengthen system resilience.If you love solving tough problems, shaping reliable infrastructure, and makingan impact across diverse technologies, we’d love to meet you.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, deploy, and optimize software systemswhile configuring and maintaining a wide range of performancemonitoring, data-gathering, and troubleshooting tools.</li>
<li>Ensure the stability and peak performance of globalcloud-hosted systems across multiple self-hosted and cloud data centers.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to enhanceinfrastructure, strengthen system reliability, anddeliver accurate, timely analysis and logging data.</li>
<li>Mentor Level I engineers by providing guidance, technicalsupport, and first-level escalation for complex issues.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Who You Are:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology orrelated field or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Three plus (3+) years of experience working within asoftware development or hosting environment as a Technical Analyst, SystemsAnalyst, Software Engineer, or System Reliability Engineer</li>
<li>One plus (1+) years of experience working with monitoringand observability systems</li>
<li>Three plus (3+) years of experience working with Windows orLinux server operating systems</li>
<li>Three plus (3+) years of experience troubleshooting andanalyzing software systems</li>
<li>Fundamental understanding of how web applications work andhow to troubleshoot them</li>
<li>Solid understanding of monitoring and analysis techniques</li>
<li>Strong analysis and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux performanceindicators</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to use analysis data to detect andpredict system degradation</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and system analysis skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills</li>
</ul>
<h3>Ideal to Have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Two plus (2+) years of experience with Yardi</li>
<li>Experience creatingand maintaining jobs/builds in TeamCity, Jenkins, or otherautomation platforms</li>
<li>Experience creating and maintaining automationmodules in Puppet, Chef, or Ansible</li>
<li>Experience working with APIs</li>
<li>Experience working with containers and orchestrators such asDocker / Kubernetes</li>
<li>Experience working with IIS, Tomcat, Apache, or Nginx</li>
<li>Experience working with MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracledatabases</li>
<li>Experience working with data ingestion pipelines
</li><li>Experience with security and compliance audits</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CDpipelines</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and debug code</li>
<li>Understanding of various networking protocols and topologies</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of industry standard monitoring andperformance analysis techniques</li>
<li>Knowledge of cause contributor determination</li>
