<p><strong>Position:</strong> Technical Sales Representative</p><p><strong>Term:</strong> Permanent, Full-Time Position</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Humboldt, Saskatchewan or Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, with ability to work remotely</p><p>The Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute (PAMI) is an ISO 9001:2015-registered organization established in 1975 to provide a unique resource to both prairie farmers and agricultural machinery manufacturers. Today, in addition to continuing our agricultural priorities, PAMI has also evolved to serve the needs of both the mining and transportation industries. With a professionally diverse staff, PAMI is committed to providing excellence in product development, testing, and design. We offer our clients access to valuable agricultural testing and benchmarking equipment as well as first-rate testing equipment for industry. PAMI also offers computer-aided engineering technologies. With these technologies, PAMI is able to digitally prototype a structure, bulk material, or fluid to analyze the performance of a particular product or system.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Director, Technical Sales, the incumbent is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate sales in an effective way according to the business development objectives.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The following are the general duties of the position but are not inclusive of all the detailed tasks that may be required.</p><ul><li>Manage and develop existing and new client relationships</li><li>Contribute to achieve business development sales targets</li><li>Execute short term and long term business development</li><li>Prepare proposals, contracts, and tenders</li><li>Plans daily activities and completes assignments in a timely way</li><li>Enter and maintain client data and opportunities into the organizations CRM system</li><li>Attend seminars and conferences as required</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>University degree or diploma in a technical area relevant to organizations client base</li><li>Professional with 1-3 years of experience working in agriculture, mining, or transportation</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, MS Project or other project management systems would be considered an asset</li><li>Strategic and self-disciplined</li><li>Driven, confident, and personable</li><li>Excellent organizational and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to travel including international travel</li><li>Pension Plan</li><li>Group Insurance Benefits</li><li>Employee and Family Assistance Program</li></ul><p><strong>Contact:</strong><br></p><p>To send resume of qualifications and experience, including references to Human Resources,apply here .</p><p>We appreciate the effort by all candidates but only those who meet our role requirements will be contacted.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
