<b>Job Summary</b><br>
<b></b><br><p>We are seeking a <b>UX/UI Designer</b> with strong experience in <b>Figma</b> and a solid understanding of user-centered design. The ideal candidate has several years of professional experience designing digital products and brings <b>knowledge of AI image generation tools</b>, <b>Adobe Photoshop</b>, <b>Adobe Illustrator</b>, and preferably <b>After Effects</b> to support high-quality visual and interaction design.<br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p><ul><li>Design <b>user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs</b> using <b>Figma</b><br></li><li>Create and maintain <b>design systems, components, and UI guidelines</b><br></li><li>Apply UX best practices to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences<br></li><li>Use <b>AI image generation tools</b> to support ideation, visual concepts, and creative assets<br></li><li>Create, edit, and optimize <b>visual assets, icons, and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator</b><br></li><li>Edit and enhance images and UI assets using <b>Adobe Photoshop</b><br></li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders throughout the design process<br></li><li>Prepare detailed design handoffs and support developers during implementation<br></li><li>Review final UI implementations to ensure quality, consistency, and usability<br></li></ul>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience</b><b><br></b></li><li><b>2–4+ years of hands-on experience using Figma (mandatory)</b><br></li><li>Strong understanding of:<br>-UX principles (user flows, information architecture, usability)<br>-UI design fundamentals (typography, color theory, spacing, layout)</li><li><b>Knowledge of AI image generation tools </b><b><br></b></li><li><b>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop</b><b><br></b></li><li><b>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator</b><br></li><li>Experience designing web and/or mobile applications<br></li><li>Ability to communicate and explain design decisions clearly<br></li><li><b>Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design skills (required)<br></b></li></ul>
