Overview
Rainbow Greenhouses is searching for a relational, forward-thinking and results-oriented operations leader to join their team as Vice President Operations!
Using a people-first approach, the Vice President Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of production, planning and fulfillment across all facilities (currently four). This role ensures cross-functional alignment between Operations, Planning, Supply Chain Management, Production and Horticultural capabilities, driving innovation, optimizing efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
