Our mission is to deliver top-quality preventative maintenance and project services, safeguarding our clients' people and properties.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside.</li><li>Unload merchandise.</li><li>Responsible for receiving materials, unloading or unpacking it, determining correct division it needs to move to, and processing invoices</li><li>Mark items with identifying codes, such as stock, or inventory control codes.</li><li>Stock shelves with unpacked items.</li><li>Ensure label is clear and visible.</li><li>Prepare merchandise for shipment.</li><li>Track special orders internally using Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Operate forklift to lift or place merchandise.</li><li>Ensure all orders are accurately picked and prepared in advance for the following week's scheduled work.</li><li>Proactively communicate any incomplete material orders to the Scheduling team prior to the start of the work week.</li><li>Maintain the warehouse in a safe, organized, and efficient manner, ensuring materials are stored properly and accessible.</li><li>Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, contributing to overall team productivity and workflow consistency</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) experience</li><li>Must have a forklift license</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>An asset to have Reach Truck Experience</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics Business Central</li><li>Experience working in the construction services industry</li><li>Valid G Driver's License</li></ul><p>What Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc Offers:</p><ul><li>Opportunity to work closely with different leaders at Onyx, gaining valuable experience for future leadership roles.</li><li>A family-oriented and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Room for professional growth within a rapidly expanding Canadian fire protection organization.</li><li>Hands-on training in the fire protection industry.</li><li>Benefits package after 3 months of employment.</li></ul><p>Why Join Onyx-Fire Protection Services?</p><p>We're more than just a company—we're a community.
