<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p> This role involves receiving and moving materials within the warehouse, verifying inventory quantities, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate paperwork, and safely operating warehouse equipment. DC Associates work alongside full-time employees, with training and support provided in all areas.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong></li><li>Verify inventory quantities and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Mark pallets with identifying store information.</li><li>Pick and stage parts for store replenishment.</li><li>Use a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner) for inventory tracking.</li><li><strong>Operational Support:</strong></li><li>Ensure accurate and complete paperwork.</li><li>Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong></li><li>Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Basic math skills are essential.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear.</li><li>Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or stoop.</li><li>Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.</li><li>Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Bending/stooping and reaching into stationary totes to retrieve products.</li><li>Standing/walking for extended periods.</li><li><span >Ascending/descending</span> stair-style ladders.</li><li>Working in typical warehouse temperatures (warm in summer, cool in winter), with exposure to drafts when dock doors are open.</li></ul><p>Needs drivers license and vehicle to get to the location.</p></p></p>
