<p><b> Repair & Deployment Technician - Mississauga (On Site)</b></p><p> 205 Export Blvd, Mississauga</p><p> 12 month contract strong potential to convert to permanent</p><p> Fintech / Payments (working with POS systems)</p><p>We're hiring a <b>Repair & Deployment Technician</b> to support a major national migration to new POS technology. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in warehouse, repair, or logistics environments and enjoys hands on work with electronic devices.</p><p><br></p><p><b> What You'll Do</b></p><p><b> Repair Centre Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.</li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment meets set standards.</li><li>Follow documented SOPs in alignment with <b>ISO9001:2015</b> requirements.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.</li><li>Work with the repair team to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b> Deployment Centre Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support the order fulfillment process for deploying POS terminals.</li><li>Conduct final quality inspections before units are sent out.</li><li>Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b> Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma (technical training is a plus).</li><li>Experience in a <b>warehouse, repair, or logistics</b> environment preferred.</li><li>Comfortable handling electronic hardware and basic hand tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team.</li><li>Proficient with computers and basic <b>Microsoft Office</b> tools.</li><li>Experience with <b>ERP systems</b> and following SOPs.</li><li>Physically able to lift up to <b>45 lbs</b>.</li></ul><p></p>
