<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Production Team Members</strong></p><p><br /> Brampton, ON (Mississauga Rd & Steeles)<br /> $17.60 per hour<br /> Shifts available:</p><ul><li>Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li><li>Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM</li></ul><p></p><p>Fuze HR is recruiting Production/Returns Team Members for a high-volume packaging and co-pack facility in Brampton. You’ll be part of a clean, safe, and fast-paced GMP production setting that values teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to detail.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, this role could be a perfect fit for you.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform packaging, sorting, and assembly tasks according to work orders and procedures</li><li>Inspect materials, count parts, and ensure product quality</li><li>Operate material handling and packaging equipment safely</li><li>Support team leads in meeting Safety, Quality, and Efficiency (SQE) goals</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation</li><li>Minimize waste and rework through accuracy and consistency</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging (GMP experience is an asset)</li><li>Good communication and basic math skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Strong attention to detail and safety awareness</li></ul><p></p><p>Physical Requirements</p><ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods (6–8 hours per shift)</li><li>Able to lift up to 25 kg/50lbs (intermittently)</li><li>Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, and light manual work</li></ul><p></p><p> Interested?<br />Send your resume to Shireen at skapoor@fuzehr.com with the subject line: Production/Returns Team Member </p><p><br /></p><p>#OIBU</p><p></p></p></p>
