As an Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounting Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.</span></span></span><br>

<span ><span ><span ><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $24 - $28 per hour </span></span></span><br>
<span ><span ><span ><strong>Shift: </strong>9am-5pm, Monday - Friday (Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office)</span></span></span><br>
<span ><span ><span ><strong>What's the Job?</strong></span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span ><span ><span >Handle all day-to-day accounting activities related to leases</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Prepare accounts payable for payment processing</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Set up and modify lease billings and pre-authorized payments</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Accurately record daily cash receipts</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Assist with reports, analyses, and reconciliations as needed</span></span></span>

<span ><span ><span ><strong>What's Needed?</strong></span></span></span>

<ul>
<li><span ><span ><span >A post-secondary education in accounting or related field</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Experince using LeaseWave and/or AccountMate 7.5 for SQL (AMSQL) is a bonus </span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills</span></span></span>
<li><span ><span ><span >Good understanding of present value concepts and lease accounting</span></span></span>
