<h3>THE ROLE:</h3>
<p>AMD is seeking an <b>AI Enablement Engineer</b> to help accelerate our internal adoption of AI tools and developer productivity systems. In this role, you will design and deliver full‑stack solutions that empower AMD engineers to use cutting‑edge AI technologies like <b>GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cline, and Codex</b>. You will also play a key role in supporting and educating internal users, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of AI‑driven workflows. This is a hands‑on, highly visible position that bridges <b>software engineering excellence</b> with <b>outstanding internal customer service</b>.</p>

<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>

<li>Provide <b>responsive and knowledgeable support</b> to internal users—helping engineers learn, troubleshoot, and maximize value from AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cline, and Codex.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain <b>front‑end and back‑end</b> systems that expand AMD's internal use of AI tools and platforms.</li>
<li>Manage and triage <b>JIRA tickets</b> in a timely manner, ensuring issues are well‑documented, tracked, and resolved.</li>
<li>Partner with development teams to integrate AI‑assisted workflows into AMD's software engineering processes.</li>
<li>Enhance internal databases, automation systems, and AI infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly across teams, translating technical details into actionable guidance for users and leadership.</li>
</ul>
<h3>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong full‑stack development experience, including both <b>front‑end (React, Angular, or similar)</b> and <b>back‑end (Python, Node.js, or C#)</b>.</li>
<li>Experience supporting or training internal users in technical environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to <b>analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues</b> efficiently.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <b>AI developer tools</b>, APIs, and workflow integrations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <b>JIRA</b> or similar project management systems, with a commitment to timely, clear communication.</li>
<li>Solid grounding in <b>object‑oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming</b>.</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills, with a customer‑first mindset.</li>
</ul>
<h3>ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in <b>Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline</b>.</li>
