<p>Job Title: Applied ML Engineer</p><p>Location : Halifax, NX Canada (100% Permanent remote work accepted from anywhere in US; however we'd prefer EST and CST based resources)</p><p>Duration : 12+ Months Contract</p><p>Teams Meeting Interview</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>We need a highly qualified Applied ML Engineer (Contractor) to build and deploy propensity, uplift, and engagement ML models for a real-time decisioning platform. Deliverables include production-ready models, training pipelines, monitoring, explainability artifacts, and integration support.</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Python, XGBoost/LightGBM, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, and feature stores.</li><li>5+ years of experience operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring.</li><li>5+ years of experience in using of GenAI tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) is required.</li></ul>
