Your Role:You will:
- Contact warm inbound leads
- Re-engage prospects who already raised their hand
- Build micro-connections using psychology, empathy, and curiosity (no slimy sales energy)
- Qualify prospects using a structured, proven framework
- Fill the closer’s calendar with HIGH-quality opportunities
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Be the first touchpoint in a transformational process
This is NOT:
- Cold calling random numbers
- Reading robotic scripts
- Chasing uninterested people
- A “dial for dollars” sweatshop job
This is strategic, meaningful, psychology-driven conversation.
Compensation (Commission-Only)You are paid for RESULTS — not hours.
You earn:
- $75 for every qualified appointment that SHOWS
- 3% of cash collected on all deals that close from your appointments
- Biweekly payout on commissions
- Weekly Base payout when you hit min kpis
- Weekly payout on qualified showed appointments
- Unlimited earning potential (more hours = more cash)
