<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>A Taleo Client is undergoing an HRIS transformation, moving from PeopleSoft to Dayforce. They are seeking an experienced <b>Business Analyst with Dayforce expertise</b> to join their HRIS project team. This role will primarily focus on the <b>Identity Management module</b>.</p><p><br></p><p>You will act as a <b>hybrid PM/BA</b>, responsible for coordinating tasks within the Identity Management module and ensuring successful cutover activities. </p><p><br></p><p>This role is fully remote, and is a contract role, with an initial term of 9 months. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Business Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Gather, document, and validate requirements for the Identity Management solution.</li><li>Analyze current PeopleSoft-driven identity processes and define future-state workflows in Dayforce.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Project Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in managing task lists, cutover activities, and deliverables for the Identity Management Epic.</li><li>Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Implementation Support</b></p><ul><li>Validate configurations and integrations during testing phases.</li><li>Ensure business rules for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding are accurately implemented in Dayforce</li><li>Participate in UAT and provide feedback to ensure solution meets business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Dayforce experience required</li><li>Experience in Identity Management </li><li>Strong understanding of HRIS systems and identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, role changes, offboarding).</li><li>Previous experience transitioning from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to modern HRIS platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage tasks and coordinate activities in a fast-paced project environment.</li></ul>
