<h3>What you will do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales revenue targets</li>
<li>Attract, recruit & select the right/productive advisors</li>
<li>Build and foster relationships with key advisors</li>
<li>Proactively support advisors and advisor firms develop their business through in-depth sales, marketing, and business solutions that focus on their objectives</li>
<li>Complete advisor needs triage – act as a liaison to services</li>
<li>Provide illustration and quote support for their respective advisors as required/when needed</li>
<li>Support advisors in advanced insurance and wealth concepts in coordination with our Strategists</li>
<li>Represent and promote FH by attending various sales conferences and industry events, contributing on social media, participate at advisor tables</li>
<li>Participate in the delivery of educational events and planning as required</li>
<li>Work with our 24 carrier partners to influence insurance and wealth growth</li>
<li>Be a coach/mentor with your aligned Business Development Consultant (BDC)</li>
<li>Be an industry and brand ambassador</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you will bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>5 years industry experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated sales leadership experience</li>
<li>Insurance and investments sales and basic product knowledge/experience</li>
<li>Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook</li>
<li>CFP, CLM, CHS, CLU designation(s) is an asset</li>
<li>LLQP license required</li>
<li>College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Strategic ability to network</li>
<li>Results driven</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate and influence</li>
<li>Knowledge of local market conditions (including competitor activities)</li>
<li>Business acumen</li>
<li>Proactive and resourceful</li>
<li>Communication skills – oral and written</li>
<li>Adaptable</li>
</ul>
<h3>Salary</h3>
<p>The base salary for this position is between <b>$78,900</b>–<b>$128,900</b> annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e., annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.</p>
