Carpenters • Labour Forepersons • Equipment & Machine Operators


We’re a growing construction staffing agency expanding across the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley, and we’re looking to connect with skilled construction professionals for upcoming projects.


We offer on-call, short-term, long-term, and hire-on opportunities—whether you’re looking for flexibility now or stability long term.


Roles We’re Recruiting For

  • Carpenters (framing, forming, finishing) $25 Jr. Capenter starting, $28-32 For experienced
  • General & Skilled LabAssistant18.50-$20.50 to start upAssistant5 per hour
  • Labour Forepersons / CSOs New/Green $28-30 Experienced $30-35
  • Machine & Equipment Operators $26-33
  • Civil & Concrete Support Roles Varying based on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction experience in Canada
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work as part of a crew
  • Certifications are an asset (Fall Protection, CSTS, First Aid, TCP, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
