Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally.</p><p>We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Lead to join our team.</p><p><strong>WHAT DOES A CYBER SECURITY LEAD DO? </strong></p><p>The Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for overseeing Amphenol HSIO’s global cybersecurity operations, policies, controls, incident response, and audit readiness. This role combines technical leadership, security engineering, and governance & compliance responsibilities while leading a team of three analysts across multiple time zones.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Network Engineering, ERP, HR, Finance, and global business units to strengthen Amphenol’s security posture, enhance detection and response capabilities, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements (SOX, corporate audits, SOC2 vendor assessments, etc.).</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p><strong>Leadership & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a global cybersecurity team focused on endpoint security, identity protection, vulnerability management, and incident response.</li><li>Drive the Cybersecurity Roadmap and maturity model aligned to corporate and divisional objectives.</li><li>Serve as a trusted security advisor to IT leadership, site managers, engineering, and executive stakeholders.<strong>Security Operations & Engineering</strong></li><li>Own global EDR/ITP operations: CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection, Identity Threat Protection (ITP).</li><li>Manage SIEM monitoring, use cases, tuning, and incident investigations using Microsoft Sentinel.</li><li>Oversee identity and access security via Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, conditional access, MFA, privileged access, and RBAC governance.</li><li>Strengthen endpoint security posture through Intune configuration, compliance policies, encryption, and secure baseline deployment.</li><li>Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation cycles, and penetration test results across sites and business units.</li><li>Lead incident response efforts, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.</li></ul><p><strong>Governance, Risk & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and continually improve security policies, standards, baselines, and procedures.</li><li>Manage Vanta compliance automation for SOC, SOX, and internal controls monitoring.</li><li>Prepare evidence, documentation, and corrective actions for internal and external audits.</li><li>Lead security risk assessments for IT systems, applications, cloud services, and vendors.</li><li>Support secure change management processes, CAB participation, and segregation-of-duty reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>Cloud & Infrastructure Security</strong></p><ul><li>Strengthen cloud security posture in Azure (Identity, Network Security Groups, Defender for Cloud, Security Center).</li><li>Oversee security controls for global network infrastructure, including:</li></ul><ul><li>Fortinet Fortigate, FortiAnalyzer</li><li>Cisco Meraki</li><li>Arista switching and Wi-Fi</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Network Engineering and Infrastructure teams to secure new sites, expansions, and global connectivity upgrades.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior specialist role.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in:</li></ul><ul><li>Microsoft Entra ID / Conditional Access</li><li>Active Directory & Group Policy</li><li>Intune endpoint security & compliance</li><li>CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR, ITP)</li><li>Microsoft Defender suíte</li><li>Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)</li><li>Azure Security tools</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience with:</li></ul><ul><li>Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks</li><li>Vanta (or similar compliance automation platforms)</li><li>Internal and external audit readiness</li><li>SOC2, SOX, ISO27001, or NIST CSF controls</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience securing enterprise networks (Fortinet, Meraki, Arista).</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.</li><li>CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AZ-500, or similar certifications (Preferred).</li><li>Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or multi-site global enterprises (Preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with QAD ERP security and manufacturing shop-floor systems (Preferred).</li><li>Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries/time zones (Preferred).</li></ul><p><strong><em>Why Work for Us?</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Benefits Coverage</strong>: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and travel insurance.</li><li><strong>Health Care Spending Account</strong>: Additional financial support for health-related expenses.</li><li><strong>Pension Plan</strong>: Company-supported pension scheme.</li><li><strong>Incentive Plans</strong>: Progressive employee incentive plans.</li><li><strong>Talent Development</strong>: Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li><strong>Company Recreation Club</strong>: Participate in fun activities, draws with exciting prizes, summer BBQs, holiday parties, and more!</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
