<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><br></p><p>Visionet is seeking an experienced and skilled <b>D365 ERP Sr. Project Manager </b>to join our team. The candidate should possess enterprise-level experience in ERP projects and programs, involving implementation, integration, and data migration.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Skill set requirement:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Should have at least 8-10 years of enterprise-level experience in ERP projects and programs, involving implementation, integration, and data migration.</li><li>Should also have at least 5 years of experience as a technical project manager for large-scale <b>D365 ERP projects </b>in remote and distributed settings.</li><li>Should be familiar with SureStep, Agile and/or Hybrid methodologies and have at least 5 years of experience working in them.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Success by Design guidelines for <b>Dynamics 365 Implementations</b>.</li><li>Strong command over Project Management tools like MS Project, Azure AppDev (ADO), Issue Resolution systems like JIRA etc.</li><li>Should have practical working knowledge of <b>MS Dynamics 365.</b></li><li>Must have experience in scheduling and coordinating project resources to ensure right utilization.</li><li>Must have experience of working with global teams (onsite/onshore/offshore).</li><li>Generate Weekly / Periodic Progress reports; follow up on action items and prioritize work items with stake holders.</li><li>Conduct Kickoff meetings, internal reviews, milestone closure documents, checklists, and project artifacts.</li><li>Should be a team player and able to work across project and customer teams.</li><li>Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Should be able to work with different functions and levels of the organization and communicate effectively with C-Suite executives such as CIO and CTO (steering).</li><li>PMP, ACP, CSM, or other comparable project management certification preferred.</li><li>Certification(s) in MS Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Benefits at Visionet:</b></p><p><br></p><p>When you join Visionet, besides competitive salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.
