A by-women company and the largest online pleasure product retailer in North America, Bellesa is on a mission to close the pleasure gap by normalizing pleasure and making sexual wellness accessible and fun.</p><p>We are a fast-growing, woman-led company working to destigmatize pleasure and create real societal change.</p><p></p><strong>The Role</strong><p>We&#39;re looking for an <strong>Email & SMS Marketing Assistant</strong> to support the execution of our email and SMS marketing initiatives.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing who enjoys detailed execution, organization, and optimization. You&#39;ll work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to support campaign builds, scheduling, testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization across both email and SMS channels.</p><p></p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong><ul><li>Assist with <strong>email campaign creation</strong>, including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design</li><li>Support <strong>email scheduling and deployment</strong> to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time</li><li>Help manage <strong>email lists and segmentation</strong> within Klaviyo</li><li>Assist with building and updating <strong>automated email flows</strong></li><li>Support <strong>A/B testing</strong> for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance</li><li>Track and report on <strong>email performance metrics</strong> and assist with identifying optimization opportunities</li><li>Assist with <strong>SMS marketing execution</strong>, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting</li><li>Support QA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practices</li><li>Help maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows</li><li>Stay up-to-date on <strong>email and SMS marketing best practices</strong> and emerging trends<br /></li></ul><br /><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li><strong>1+ year of experience</strong> in email marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce (internships or entry-level roles included)</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform</strong> (required)</li><li>Basic understanding of <strong>email and SMS marketing KPIs</strong> (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.)</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Clear written communication skills and ability to follow brand guidelines</li><li>Experience assisting with <strong>SMS marketing</strong> is a plus</li><li><strong>Basic HTML familiarity</strong> is a plus</li><li>Marketing certificate, diploma, or degree is a plus<br /></li></ul><p></p><strong>What We Offer</strong><ul><li>A rapidly growing scale-up with opportunities for <strong>career development and growth</strong><br /></li><li>Hands-on learning and mentorship within a collaborative marketing team<br /></li><li>2 weeks vacation + paid time off between Christmas and New Year<br /></li><li>Employer-sponsored health and dental plan<br /></li><li><strong>Remote position</strong> with the option to work from the office<br /></li><li>Office near St-Henri with free street parking and a bright, open-concept workspace<br /></li><li>Kitchen stocked with free coffee, tea, and snacks<br /></li><li>Frequent social events with a close-knit team</li></ul></p></p>
