We supply amusement rides, inflatables, interactive games, and full event services for festivals, corporate events, schools, brands, and municipalities.</p><p><br></p><p>We're adding an <b>Event Sales & Client Services Manager</b> who wants to be part of the event world - someone who enjoys the pace, the variety, and the organized chaos that comes with making events happen.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do</p><p><br></p><p>• Be the first point of contact for clients</p><p>• Handle incoming calls and new inquiries</p><p>• Gather event details and enter them into our rental software</p><p>• Build and send template-based quotes</p><p>• Follow up with leads and close bookings</p><p>• Answer questions about equipment, make recommendations, upsell, logistics, timing, access, and event-day details</p><p>• Update orders, payments, and insurance requirements</p><p>• Coordinate details with operations and dispatch</p><p>• Keep communication tight between clients, sales, and ops</p><p><br></p><p>You'll Succeed Here If:</p><p><br></p><p>• You thrive in a fast-paced, event-based environment</p><p>• You're comfortable with busy days, constant movement, and shifting priorities</p><p>• You take pride in accuracy - details matter</p><p>• You're calm under pressure and steady when things get busy</p><p>• You enjoy seeing the work you do turn into real events out in the world</p><p>• You take initiative and don't need constant direction</p><p>• You communicate confidently on the phone and by email</p><p>• You want a long-term career in the event industry</p><p><br></p><p>This Role Is NOT For:</p><p><br></p><p>• Anyone looking for remote work</p><p>• Anyone who's uncomfortable on the phone</p><p>• Anyone who can't juggle multiple tasks at once</p><p>• Anyone who dislikes the event industry or doesn't want to be part of it</p><p>• Anyone who freezes under pressure</p><p><br></p><p>Skills We're Looking For:</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong communication (phone + email)</p><p>• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable</p><p>• Comfortable with tech and learning new systems </p><p>• Ability to handle volume and stay composed</p><p>• Experience in events, coordination, production, hospitality, or customer service is a plus</p><p><br></p><p>The Details</p><p><br></p><p>• Full-time, on-site (no remote)</p><p>• Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evenings)</p><p>• Location: North York</p><p>• Opportunities to grow into more responsibility over time</p><p><br></p><p>If you're serious about working in the events industry and want to join a busy, growing team, apply now.</p>Create Your Resume First
