This role focuses on calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures.</p><p>Key Responsibilities -</p><ul><li>Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.</li><li>Arrange travel as needed.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable and expense submission tasks, such as submitting invoices and tracking approvals.</li><li>Maintain organized digital document systems for easy retrieval.</li><li>Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and other documents as directed.</li><li>Provide occasional backup for reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Qualifications -</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration is an asset.</li><li>1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Abilities -</p><ul><li>Highly professional and adaptable with proven judgment and discretion.</li><li>Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and established processes.</li><li>Good communication skills for internal coordination.</li></ul><p>Working Conditions -</p><ul><li>Highly professional, collegial work environment</li><li>A supportive team, keen to enable you to learn and grow alongside the organization.</li><li>Dynamic, fast-paced and growing company, with an entrepreneurial, can do' approach</li></ul><p>Equal Opportunity Employer -<br>123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
