Iris's client, one of the world's Premier Investment banks, is looking to hire a strong Java Full-Stack Lead for a long‑term contract opportunity.


Position: Java Full Stack Lead


Location: Toronto, ON (4 days hybrid)


Duration: 18 Months


Must Skills: Java, Spring, Angular


Job Description


This role requires extensive experience leading full-stack Java development. Responsibilities include designing scalable applications, guiding a small development team, and integrating AI-assisted development tools.


Required Skills



  • Experience with Java, Spring, and Angular

  • OCP, DevOps, Mongo and/or Elastic

  • Experience with AI Assisted Development

  • Experience working with prompting (Copilot or Windsurf)


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • AI Skills: Integration with LLM, RAG Knowledge, NLP
