<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: Unpaid internship<br /><p>About ComCap Holdings</p><p><br /></p><p>ComCap is a premier boutique investment bank focused on the intersection of commerce and capital, with a key focus on the internet, software, and disruptive consumer companies.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>During the Internship Program, Interns will develop skills, build a network, and gain direct experience with investment banking. Interns will be working directly with execution and support teams in carrying out mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.</p><p><br /></p><p>Role Qualifications</p><ol><li>Junior, or Senior standing at the US or Canadian University with a 3.5 GPA or above.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation, model transactions, conduct research, make insightful competitive analyses, and perform valuation analyses.</li><li>Financial modeling experience in Excel, basic or better PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to produce large amounts of high-quality work products in a short period.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>A strong academic record from a leading undergraduate program is required.</li><li>Entrepreneurial streak.</li><li>Work authorization in the US.</li><li>Interns are expected to workfull-time (estimated 40 hours a week),in a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally.</li></ol><p><br /></p><p>Role & Responsibilities</p><p>Interns can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally.
