*Job Overview*<br />As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of plumbing systems in various settings. You will utilize your expertise to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while collaborating with other tradespeople on construction sites. Your hands-on experience and mechanical knowledge will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our clients.<br />*What you’ll do*<br />* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.<br />* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.<br />* Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as pipe threading, assembly, and welding.<br />* Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of plumbing fixtures and systems.<br />* Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing systems into new builds or remodels.<br />* Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment on-site.<br />* Provide field service support by troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions.<br />* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used during projects.<br />*Skills*<br />* Strong background in construction plumbing with hands-on experience in various plumbing techniques.<br />* Proficient in welding, pipe threading, and using both hand tools and power tools effectively.<br />* Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing services.<br />* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.<br />* Mechanical knowledge that supports troubleshooting and repairs of complex systems.<br />* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.<br />* Experience in carpentry or maintenance person tasks is a plus for versatile project execution.<br />* Commercial driving experience is beneficial for transporting materials as needed.<br />*Why you’ll love it here*<br />We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
