Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.<br><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Fullstack development front end and back end</li><li>Engage customers on design features to enhance user experience</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Have a deep interest in creatingahighly interactive and pleasant to use web app.</li><li>Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.</li><li>Experience with a complicated single-page web app.</li><li>End-to-end performance optimizations.</li><li>Solid javascript skills.</li><li>Nodejs experience.</li><li>Postgres and query optimization experience.</li><li>Previous startup experience.</li><li>(Bonus) Vuejs experience</li></ul><br><ul><li>Have built a complex web app that can be demonstrated</li><li>Great communicator</li><li>Obsessed with great UI/UX</li><li>Sense of urgency to get things done</li><li>Works hard, learns fast. and want to grow quickly</li><li>Love to code, and understand that shipped code is better than perfect code</li></ul><p><strong>Expectations</strong></p><ul><li>Have a great sense of what a great product looks like and can build a delightful product.</li><li>Great and concise writer. Everyone writes a lot to minimize the number of meetings to focus on building the product.</li><li>Get things done fast with a high-quality bar.</li><li>End-to-end ownership of projects. Projects are typically defined in collaboration with customers, product, design, and other engineers.</li><li>Operates autonomously and seeks help to get things done.</li><li>Actively involved in product planning.</li><li>Proactively seeks additional work. Able to be self-sufficient and contribute to team goals.</li><li>Seeks to identify project risks and autonomously keeps projects on track. Keeps the team updated.</li><li>Contributes outside of their core projects, including code reviews, interviewing, and establishing company/engineering culture.</li></ul>
