About the Role:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Kitchen Team Member on the morning shift delivers fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Greets customers.
Prepare and serve food and beverages.
Operate kitchen equipment.
Handle payments.
Restock supplies.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Adhere/comply with company policies and procedures.
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT & BRC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Promote and comply with all Maple Lodge Farms Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
No previous experience is required;
Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;
Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
High School Diploma required.Building Trust – Builds strong relationships on a foundation of trust, loyalty and authenticity.
