Join us, and become part of a team where compassion, connection, and continuous learning are at the heart of what we do.</p><p>We're currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at Braddan Private Hospital in Vancouver's beautiful Kitsilano neighborhood.<br><br>The Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurses (Casual and Part-time)</p><p>As an LPN at Braddan, you'll play a vital role in delivering resident-centered care. You'll be responsible for assessments, medication administration, and leading care teams to ensure every resident receives the quality support they deserve.</p><h3>What You'll Be Doing:</h3><ul><li>Supporting resident admissions, transfers, and discharges</li><li>Completing resident assessments and helping with care planning</li><li>Administering medications, treatments, and wound care</li><li>Documenting care using PointClickCare and completing MDS assessments</li><li>Liaising with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members</li><li>Delegating tasks to care aides and participating in care conferences and medication reviews</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For:</h3><ul><li>LPN and in good standing with BCCNM</li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification</li><li>Comfortable with electronic documentation and eMAR systems</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Critical thinking and decision-making skills</li><li>Previous long-term care experience preferred</li></ul><h3>Why You'll Love Working at Braddan:</h3><p>Nestled in Vancouver's stunning Kitsilano community, Braddan Private Hospital features ocean and mountain views, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere.
