We're looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Assistant - a reliable, hands-on person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be part of the small but mighty team that ensures our space is clean, organized, and operating safely every day.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Maintenance Support</p><ul><li>Complete routine maintenance tasks (changing filters, replacing consumables, basic repairs).</li><li>Assist with equipment inspections and preventative maintenance schedules.</li><li>Help with installation or movement of equipment as needed.</li><li>Report maintenance issues early and help keep the facility operating safely.</li></ul><p>Shipping & Receiving</p><ul><li>Receive deliveries, unload materials, and assist with organizing inventory.</li><li>Keep storage areas neat, labeled, and easy to navigate.</li><li>Support internal teams with material movement around the facility.</li></ul><p>Grounds & Facility Upkeep</p><ul><li>Maintain outdoor areas: snow removal, minor landscaping, debris cleanup.</li><li>Keep walkways, parking areas, and entrances safe and tidy.</li><li>Support building cleanliness, waste removal, and recycling routines.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>Local to Edmonton or able to commute reliably.</li><li>Previous experience in maintenance, facilities support, or shipping/receiving preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.</li><li>Comfortable with hands-on, active work — some lifting (up to 50 lbs / 22 kg) required.</li><li>Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.</li><li>Valid driver's license required; forklift or equipment experience a plus (training available).</li><li>Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide proof of vaccination.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $18.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li>Hybrid Infusions Ltd. requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to entering the facility.
