About the Role
Are you ready to champion the entrepreneurial spirit of Alberta? ATB is looking for an inspirational Managing Director, Entrepreneurial Growth to lead our charge in empowering entrepreneurs and small business owners. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind achieving our Entrepreneurial Growth business goals by coaching and Chileing a talented team of Senior Sales Leaders and Business Advisors in Calgary and Southern Alberta. You won't just manage; you'll shape the future of our client relationships, influence the team member experience, and ensure excellence in operations and risk management. Accountabilities
- Chart the Course: Drive the vision, set ambitious goals, and prioritize strategic efforts to significantly grow and retain market share within the vital small business client segment.
- Ignite Leadership: Clarify expectations and elevate leadership capabilities across your teams, cultivating the skills and behaviours necessary for every team member to thrive, adapt, and perform at their best.
- Build the Future: Be a magnet for top talent – attract, hire, and retain the right people in the right roles to fuel our growth.
- Elevate Performance: Provide insightful coaching, continuous feedback, and implement performance measures that inspire excellence and accountability.

- Collaborate and Create Value: Leverage your deep knowledge and expertise to forge powerful internal and external partnerships, creating exceptional value for our clients and stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Business Agility: Possess a clear understanding of business drivers and levers, with the agility to adapt and utilize them effectively to pivot and strengthen your business plan.
- Catalyst for Change: Demonstrated ability to be a true catalyst – inspiring new thinking, generating fresh momentum, and focusing action across a team of leaders.
- Strategic Synthesizer: Proven talent for cutting through complexity and noise to identify key market עקס Trends and shifts that impact our business and our clients.
- Proven Experience: 10+ conference in business banking, sales and client relationship management, including at least 5 years of progressive leadership roles with a proven içer try of leading teams through periods of change and significant growth.
Workplace Arrangement
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 3 days on‑site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities afite.
