To undertake store replenishment according to company procedures, to ensure that the shop floor is always customer ready.</p><p><br />Key Roles/ Responsibilities</p><ul><li>To set the expectations of how to operate the stockroom with the team<br /> Ensure exceptional level of customer service by supporting the sales team<br /> Adherence to all company policy, procedures, and guidelines<br /> Perform POS functions on designated shifts<br /> Analyze and review stockroom indicators and performance to improve efficiency and store results.<br /> Consistently prioritize tasks and deadlines in the context of global business and commercial needs<br /> To be familiar with the products of each season - collection, initial order, colours, sizes, etc.<br /> To use the different product lists for managing the stockroom (pending packages, transmission, initial order, etc.)<br /> To be able to recommend alternative garments when out of stock items are requested<br /> Responsible for controlling and monitoring stockroom materials - alarms, RFID equipment, adhesive tape, etc.<br /> Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to the stage of the season and store needs start of the season, sale period, etc.<br /> Carry out the re-labelling of garments as required (sale period, promotions, etc.)<br /> Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to the stage of the season and store needs start of the season, sale period, etc.<br /> To be aware at all times of the newest products and what is on the shop floor<br /> Provide product feedback to management team</li></ul><p></p><p>REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE</p><p></p><ul><li>Leads by example and can motivate a team; viewed as leader among peers</li><li>Acts quickly and is multi-disciplinary.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and supervisors</li><li>Available for varied shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts Ability to receive feedback from management and peers</li><li>Shows initiative and decision-making/problem-solving ability.</li><li>Prioritization optimal use of time.</li><li>Ability to analyze business indicators.</li><li>Procedures for transfers and goods returns</li><li>Receiving goods, handling standards and protocol</li><li>Partial inventories.</li><li>RFID operations an asset. Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)</li><li>Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed</li><li>Ability to climb step stools and ladders</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time</li><li>Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination</li><li>Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings</li><li>This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management</li></ul><p></p><p>PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES</p><ul><li>Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)</li><li>Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed</li><li>Ability to climb step stools and ladders</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time</li><li>Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination</li><li>Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings</li><li>This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time.
