<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain <strong>organizations</strong> in hiring experienced <strong>Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals</strong> to join their Canada-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.</p><p>Successful candidates will play a key role in <strong>optimizing</strong> production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and workplace health and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.</p><p></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p>Successful candidates will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations </li><li> Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow </li><li> Optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels </li><li> Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams </li><li> Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives </li><li> Ensuring compliance with provincial occupational health and safety requirements and internal quality and safety policies </li><li> Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance </li><li> Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation </li><li> Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, planners, and engineers </li><li> Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and <strong>preventive</strong> actions </li><li> Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline </li><li> 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations </li><li> Experience in one or more of the following areas: </li><ul><li> Manufacturing or Production Management </li><li> Supply Chain Management or Planning </li><li> Procurement or Strategic Sourcing </li><li> Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations </li><li> Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering </li><li> Quality Engineering or Quality Management </li></ul><li> Strong understanding of Canadian manufacturing and supply chain operations </li><li> Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies </li><li> Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems </li><li> Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills </li><li> Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments </li><li> Experience in regulated or unionized environments is an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li></li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
