<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organizations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals</strong> for a portfolio of mid–senior level opportunities across nursing, allied health, and clinical practice leadership. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several clinical functions within hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation services, community care, and specialized programs.</p><p>These roles are designed for professionals ready to take on broader clinical accountability and progress toward senior clinician, clinical educator, advanced practice, and service/team leadership positions.</p><p></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care aligned with professional standards and scope of practice </li><li>Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs </li><li>Coordinate care within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care </li><li>Provide clinical leadership within a unit, clinic, caseload, or therapy service, supporting quality and consistency of care </li><li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and handovers in line with organizational and legal requirements </li><li>Support patient safety, medication safety (where applicable), infection prevention and control, and clinical risk management </li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and practice reviews to strengthen care outcomes and service performance </li><li>Uphold privacy and confidentiality requirements and follow established information-handling policies (provincial and federal expectations may apply) </li><li>Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior staff, students, and new team members </li><li>Contribute to policy, protocol, and pathway development to improve clinical effectiveness and patient experience</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Recognized professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing degree/diploma; Allied Health degree/diploma such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Medical Laboratory Science, Imaging, Respiratory Therapy, etc.) </li><li>Current registration in good standing (or eligibility to register) with the applicable <strong><span >provincial/territorial</span> regulatory college</strong> (role dependent) </li><li>Typically <strong>5–10+ years</strong> of post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting, including complex case exposure and demonstrated clinical judgment </li><li>Strong understanding of Canadian patient safety and quality expectations, including participation in clinical governance and continuous improvement </li><li>Familiarity with clinical documentation processes and electronic clinical record workflows (system experience varies by employer) </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams </li><li>English proficiency required; <strong>French proficiency</strong> is an asset for roles in bilingual settings (particularly Québec, Ontario, and federal service environments)</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Extended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision)</li><li>RPP - Group RRSP</li><li>Group Life - AD&D - Critical Illness Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off Benefits</li><li>Training & Development</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
