Your Role

Join the Silver Hotel Group corporate marketing team and bring your creativity to life! In this role, you’ll take the lead on influencer marketing across the broader SHG portfolio while driving and executing the full marketing strategy for Novotel Toronto Centre. If you’re passionate about storytelling, partnerships, and creating buzz-worthy campaigns, this is your chance to make an impact across multiple brands.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for:

  • Develop and implement programs and events that foster in-house guests and local experience engagement and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Lead programming at the hotel, working in collaboration with SHG Marketing Team and Agency, responsible for the events execution, gathering feedback and ensuring timely and effective resolution for events.
  • Develop engaging content and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for both Novotel Toronto Centre and CafĂ© Nicole Bistro + Bar.
  • Attend hotel events and programs after regular office hours as needed to post live stories.
  • Track and analyze event/programming and social media to assess the impact of community programs and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Use existing contacts, as well as influencer marketing software, to coordinate influencer collaborations across 7 lifestyle hotels including their food and beverage outlets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of marketing experience. Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Experience working with brand standards.
  • Proven success driving KPIs pertaining to social media growth and digital advertising.
  • Proven success managing both large and small scale events or brand activations, working with multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties to achieve successful event execution and drive ticket sales.
  • Experience working with influencers and coordinating cross-functional influencer campaigns against multiple brands.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment.
