At the core of our approach is our commitment to One to One Individualized Care, ensuring each client receives support tailored to their unique needs.</p><p></p><p>Caseload Area</p><p>We are currently recruiting one full-time ADP-authorized Occupational Therapist to support an adult community caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients homes within the following areas:</p><ul><li>Keswick</li><li>Sutton</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Join 1to1 Rehab?</p><ul><li>Flexible scheduling to support worklife balance</li><li>A stable, personalized caseload</li><li>Supportive mentorship for both new and experienced therapists</li><li>Strong administrative and clinical support</li><li>Easy, online access to all reporting and documentation</li><li>An inclusive, collaborative environment that values your professional growth</li></ul><p>Were committed to helping you succeed both clinically and professionally.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities Include</p><ul><li>Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems</li><li>Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals</li><li>Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals</li><li>Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress</li><li>Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals</li><li>Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy</li><li>Registration with COTO</li><li>Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities</li><li>A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn</li><li>ADP authorizer status (required)</li><li>Access to a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license</li><li>Professional liability insurance</li><li>Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check</li></ul><p></p><p>Use of AI in Recruitment</p><p>Please note that AI-assisted tools may be used during parts of the recruitment process to support consistency and efficiency.
