<h3>Description</h3>
<p>The Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problem and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Contact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issues</li>
<li>Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damages</li>
<li>Prepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)</li>
<li>Inspect damaged packages</li>
<li>Use computer applications (i.e., Salesforce) to track completed customer shipments and review and close case logs</li>
<li>Audit arrivals and communicate any delays to the Unit Manager and Regional Retail Manager</li>
</ul>

<p>3 months experience in customer service</p>
