<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Mercedes-Benz Burlington is seeking a full time Parts Advisor to compliment our experienced team.</p><p><br /></p><p>Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Individual who will represent the MBB brand and support our customer centric culture.</p><p>The right person has good communication and organization skills, can be an effective detailed worker in a busy department.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Support client inquiries in person or over the phone with a friendly positive demeanor</li><li>Provide detailed information in regards to parts requests, orders, pricing and availability</li><li>Utilize electronic parts catalogue to identify required parts</li><li>Generate quotes, parts invoices and special order requests</li><li>Provide and support other teams with parts orders, special orders, accessories and boutique items</li><li>Part locating, bin counting, stock replenishment and physical inventory</li><li>Reporting of any inventory discrepancies for parts receipts, sales or returns</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean parts warehouse</li><li>Provide support to service department with accurate quotes, parts availability and billing information</li><li>Support sales department requests for accessories, boutique items and other product information</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Personal Characteristics:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Able to multitask and keep organized, detail records</li><li>Ability to work as a team across entire dealership</li><li>Honest and trustworthy</li><li>Ability to be flexible and learn new approaches and skills</li><li>Positive contributor of ideas to improve processes</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
