As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. <br><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects.<br></li><li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.<br></li><li>Oversee project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.<br></li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.<br></li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.<br></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.<br></li><li>Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.<br></li></ul>
<br><p><b>Qualifications:</b><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.<br></li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.<br></li><li>Proven track record of managing complex civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.<br></li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.<br></li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.<br></li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br></li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br></li></ul>
