<p>$65,600 - $98,400 CAD. <h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>As part of the Enterprise Shopping and Buying platform in the Enterprise marketing technology product group, the successful candidate will perform hands‑on testing activities: test creation and/or process support to support the delivery of quality solutions by automating tests and/or creating/enhancing automation frameworks.</p>
<h3>Job Accountabilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead hands‑on testing activities, including test creation and process support, to deliver high‑quality solutions through automation and enhancement of testing frameworks.</li>
<li>Plan, design, and execute test activities in alignment with enterprise and industry standards.</li>
<li>Provide end‑to‑end leadership in test strategy and planning, overseeing all types of testing to ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for test strategy, planning, and execution, participating in demand intake, capacity forecasting during PI planning, and managing project or platform lifecycles.</li>
<li>Develop effective test solutions, estimate costs and deliverables, and offer expertise to optimize quality‑related expenditures.</li>
<li>Define and monitor metrics to foster a data‑driven decision‑making culture.</li>
<li>Identify and communicate risks and mitigation strategies using relevant data.</li>
<li>Leverage technology to develop and execute testing efficiently within platforms or projects.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation at the team or program group level.</li>
<li>Build, enhance, and deploy BDD and automation frameworks, as well as service virtualization capabilities.</li>
<li>Develop and automate tests, promote in‑sprint automation, and integrate testing to support CI/CD/CT pipelines.</li>
<li>Act as an ambassador and advocate for quality across the organization.</li>
<li>Champion consumer quality, ensuring colleagues deliver the highest quality code possible.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>Candidates must have 3+ years practical experience in software testing, including API. They must understand the Java, Selenium and RestAssured.</li>
<li>ETL automation is an asset.</li>
</ul>
