All new truck sales consultants in the region will report to you, and you will be responsible for mentoring this team to world-class sales performance. In addition, you will own, lead and guide sales activities focused on our top customers. The salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 with first year total earnings potential of over $200,000</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>CANADA BENEFITS PACKAGE</strong></p><p>Our employees receive a generous benefits package including:</p><ul><li>Extended Medical (including Vision)</li><li>Dental</li><li>Prescription benefits</li><li>RRSP with employer matching program</li><li>Long Term and Short-Term Disability</li><li>Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>On-going training opportunities</li><li>Annual boot allowance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Plans and directs new truck sales and marketing activities and ensures the region meets and exceeds aggressive sales targets</li><li>Identifies market opportunities and develops and executes strategies to build market share in the region</li><li>Forecasts and achieves sales targets and demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction</li><li>Ensures team understanding of customer needs and demonstrates how our World's Best trucks can meet the customer's requirements</li><li>Works with the sales team to ensure each salesperson manages and reports on sales action plans on a regular basis and assists them to meet sales planning and productivity goals</li><li>Participates in attracting, recruiting, hiring and onboarding top sales talent and is responsible for overall team performance against established goals</li><li>Ensures that the sales team understands and works within required sales processes, writes complete sales orders and processes required paperwork in accordance with company policies</li><li>Works closely with all departments to ensure the customers after sales experience is World's Best</li><li>Understands and stays informed of competitive market activity and demand</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE LOOK FOR </strong></p><ul><li>Excellent sales skills, with demonstrated sales experience selling in a business-to-business environment</li><li>8+ years of sales leadership experience with proven record of team success including supervisory experience managing top producing sales teams</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills</li><li>Proven ability to plan and develop sales and marketing action plans that have resulted in teams' top sales results</li><li>Ability to negotiate is essential</li><li>Competency in MS Suite of products and CRM tools</li><li>Ability to use budget forecasting tools</li><li>Have a valid Driver's License and able to travel in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement included and expenses reimbursable). Class 3 or Class 1 license or ability to attain is required</li><li>Travel outside of the local area will be required from time to time, typically generated by meetings at Inland branches, training programs or seminars, along with trips to vendor and OEM locations.
